Default lead Form/Propect Form values being removed for Roles

edited Dec 3, 2019 11:46AM in SuiteCloud / Customization

Since the upgrade when we edit a role it looses the values set for Default Lead and Default Prospect Fields.
If we re-add the values and save the role the values are cleared again.

We use different forms for the Lead, prospect and customer statuses. Each status has different required fields, scripts, etc.
This is causing major issues for our sales and marketing teams.

This isn't something that we thought to test as part of our prep for the upgrade.

This along with other issues(our global search was broken for 2 weeks this summer with no explanation, general slowness) are causing concerns for members of our company about the stability and long term viability of the platform.

Howdy, Stranger!
