How to add a field in an unknown UI

See attached figure.

In an invoice form > Item sublist > Lot Numbers, there is a double down arrow. When I clicked it, an UI popup(Choose Lot Numbers). I need to add a field in the right side pane and show some data. But I can't find this UI. Anybody knows how can find this UI and add a field.
