Attach URL to Model Number Selection

All,

   I currently have a LARGE list of product models in a drop-down field that is sourced from a custom record with in NetSuite. I have received the following request:

-When a model number is selected, a clickable URL to a KB article will appear

    The above is not generally an issue, however, there is a different URL for each model number. ANY ideas or best practices you could offer in this regard would be greatly appreciated!
