Work Order number on sales order picking ticket

Hello,

I'm trying to figure out how to add a custom transaction column to the sales order picking ticket that will display the work order number associated with each assembly listed on the sales order.
I have the column created but cant figure out the type or source list that will give me what I want...Any ideas?
