Submit Field as X role
Hi everyone,
I'd like a value to change in a field that is set to view for all roles except one specific role. So I'm wondering what I need to do in my suite script to get access to that field? The event that is triggering this is a save event so the role kicking the script off will generally not be the role that has access to change the field.
Is there a way to set the role id before or during the nlapiSubmitField method so that I can actually change the value on the record?
Thanks in advance for any helpful information.
