Bank Rec - Items cleared not reconciled (Where did they go?)

We were converted to 11.0 last week, and after reading all the threads on this user group regarding the old transactions showing up on the bank rec, I checked ours to find dozens of them that had been cleared but not reconciled.  At the time I didn't have time to deal with it, so I just left it.

This morning I went back into the bank rec to find these old transactions are no longer showing up.  Was there a fix, or a change, or am I losing my mind?  I was dreading trying to get this cleaned up -- do I no longer have to worry about this?
