"last reconciled balance" is 0...

edited Nov 26, 2019 8:57AM in Accounting / ERP 2 comments

We switched over to NS from QuickBooks and for the first month bank rec, the last reconciled balance is listed as $0.  So after I reconcile everything for that particular month, the "difference" is listed as the would-be beginning balance, or "last rec balance."  I don't know how to get a beginning balance for the first bank rec.

It's as if on the switch over, the bank recs did not carry over.  Any suggestions on what I should do so I can correctly reconcile the bank accounts?

Howdy, Stranger!
