Citi no longer provides statement downloads - recommendations?

We currently have Citi Platinum BusinessCard and are in the process of implementing NS.  Citi confirmed today that their website no longer provides the ability to manually download statement (OFX, QFX, etc.) files, citing the only way possible is for the accounting software (Quickbooks, etc.) to directly interface to Citi.

Assuming that this is not possible with NS, it appears that we will need to switch cards to have the ability to upload statement data.  Does anyone have recommendations for a business card that provides OFX downloads?  Ideally, we would like one that allows you to adjust the date range (can always download up-to-date data -- do not have to wait until EOM).
