Bank Rec Issue with 2007.0

I'm having issues with my bank reconciliation. Some of the journal entries are showing up in the bank rec, but not all of them. I've checked, and they're all approved for posting. We've recently had our 2007.0 upgrade, and I've heard this may be an issue.

Has anyone else had this issue, and how have you found a solution?
