How to have PayPal discount fees taken on a monthly basis?
We just switched to PayPal Website Payments Pro for our credit card processing and as our merchant account. The daily deposits into our bank account don't match what we actually deposit in Netsuite because PayPal takes out the fee's in each daily deposit . So I might do $2000 in sales one day and deposit this amount in Netsuite but when the money is transferred into our bank account it is actually $1956.  So it makes reconciling difficult.
I talked to a rep at PayPal and they said they can only take the fee's out daily not monthly.  So I don't know the best way to reconcile our bank account, any suggestions?
