Total in Bank Rec not matching TB

The Total listed in our bank reconciliation is not matching what is showing as our account balance in the trial balance.  I have my preferences set to Report by Period: All Reports.  If I change this to Never, it fixes one of the accounts, but our other cash account is still off.

Does anyone know why this is and how to fix it?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
