Bank Reconciliation missing entries - showing in tranaction reports

Is anyone else experiencing this.

i have a bank reconcilation that will not balance as it is missing several entries in the reconciliation format.

But when I go into the transaction history of the actual account the missing entries are showing there.

I have logged a netsuite support case several weeks ago but to date have had no satisfactory answer.

any Ideas.
