Online Bank Statement Problems

Hi All,

We have been using the online Statement features for some time now and it works well for us.
Our Bank (HSBC) have recently changed their policy re downloading statements which has resulted in us not being able to obtain consecutive statements for download.
IE their is a gap from the end of Statement 1 to the beginning of statement 2.

This means following import we are missing transactions from our online bank statements. How do we go about dealing with this.

How do people manage who don't use the online statement feature??
Any suggestions appreciated.
