CSV to QFX/QIF Conversion Tool Recommendations?

Hi all,

Can anyone recommend windows software that converts CSV to QFX/QIF?  My bank exports to CSV, but NS only supports QIF/QFX.

A quick Google search turned up a few options, but I wanted to know if anyone has used any one in particular that they like.
