Deposit Slip Forms

Does anyone know where I can purchase NS compatible deposit slips?  I did a search and found a few threads that don't appear to be resolved.

During our implementation I was initially told I could use my QuickBooks forms but it was determined that they would not work and that I would have to use the ones from the NS provider.  Well, the NS provider doesn't have NS deposit slips and my account manager has said, "Talked to a couple technical resources and they were not impressed by what they saw when they went to print out a deposit…they both suggested that you file a case with support and see if they might have any idea of what you can do to make it work for
