Can we stop Auto Match for Online Bank Statements?

Hi,

When we import online bank statements into NetSuite it is automatically matching to wrong transactions which were already cleared/reconciled

According to help, Auto match checks for "transaction is not marked as cleared in the register" before matching but somehow this is not happening in our case?

Has anyone faced the same problem or know how to stop auto match functionality?
