DEBITS TO CREDIT CARD ACCOUNTS SHOW UP IN REGISTER BUT NOT IN RECONCILIATION
We are having trouble reconciling credit cards. Credit card purchases show up fine on the register and the reconciliation but payments made to pay down credit card balance or refund credits only show up in the register. We enter a bill to pay off a bunch of cards each month. Amount is one large amount and then we have a line item for each subaccount (individual card). I do not understand how the credits (actually debits to a liability account) can show up on one place but not in the other.
