Anyone using expensify for reconciliation?

Is anyone using expensify for reconciliation? Moving from Xero to Netsuite, bank reconciliation is an unpleasant task. It takes at least 3x longer in Netsuite. So we're trying to use expensify so that credit card holders will code their own expenses in expensify and then those transactions sync over to Netsuite. Does anyone have any experience shares with this? Any problems you foresee with this approach?
