Importing bank statements

Hi, we recently migrated to NetSuite and I'm now trying to get bank statements imported. I've managed to get the file downloaded in a suitable format but when I come to the page to upload, the account name, encoding & date format are all greyed out. The account which it is trying to choose to import to hasn't been set up for importing the bank statements so I am at a loss as to why it would be trying to upload to this account. Has anyone else had these issues when first trying to set this up?

Any help would be gratefully received!
