Searching within ticket notes
We use Netsuite for logging support tickets. From time to time it would be handy to do a search within all the notes or messages within all the tickets, for (potentially) all customers. This would be handy for quickly locating tickets that the customer cannot remember the reference for, or for our support engineers to find text containing a relevant fix. For example, we might want to search for "motherboard", to locate a previous fix for an old motherboard problem.
(A) How do you search the notes/messages fields?
(B) Can a search parameter be passed to a saved search in order to do this (there's a thread on this, so this one may already be answered)
