First & Last Names show available in Direct List Editing, but are not?
I am having problems scrubbing web site registration data. Sometimes they come in as Individuals, sometimes Companies (my preference is Company, because, aside from web registrations, most customers are companies).
Often times, I open them up, and they are designated Individual, but first and last name fields (default mandatory) are not filled in. Or, when I "flip" a company-designated customer to Individual, the First and Last names are not auto-populated. I had hoped that First and last names were available to Direct List Editing, which it shows they are in list views, but I can't get those columns to work.
