I know this has been discussed a bit, but I want to make sure I understand it correctly.
I want a report that will show customers with no activity scheduled past today. At first glance, you'd think that you could just do (using a call for example)
Phone Call Date is not on or after today.
However, that will return records that DO have a call scheduled in the future, IF those customers also have calls prior to today.
I was hopeful that you could use the max sql function in a formula (max(startdate)), but that blows up.
Is there a way to do this today or is it impossible?
