Possible to highlight after summarizing?

Is it possible to highlight a row after it is summarized.  For instance I am doing max trandate for customers so I see the last time they ordered.  I now want to hight the rows were the max trandate is before 45 days ago, but when I add the highlight nothing happens even though it displays dates that are 45 days ago.
