Email alerts - Showing full content of fields
I have set an email alert that warns the management of any new client meeting completed and for which information about the meeting has been entered by the Sales Rep, which is what we call a Client Visit Report.
The alert works fine, apart from the fact that the management always complains that the content of the custom fields (notably those Rich Text fields) have been truncated to just the first few lines.
I know it is still possible to click on the record to log on to Netsuite to see the full record, but is there any way to make it appear in full in the email itself?
