Search for customers with and/or without specific item(s)
I'm having trouble figuring out how to create these searches.
Our customers are subscribers who may have active, inactive or no subscription for any one or mix of our various products. In addition to sales orders that contain this info, we have a custom record for subscription status. This custom record is a child of Customer.
Each customer may have multiple entries of this custom record: One for each product that is active or inactive, BUT no entry for a given product if that customer has no history for that product.
How can I search for customers that:
1. Are active for product A but either are inactive for product B or have no history for B?
