sorting numeric formulas numerically instead of lexigraphically
I've created a search with a numeric formula to calculate periodic customer revenues. I would like to sort on the formula result to see, for example, who are our largest customers by revenue, who are our smallest, etc.
When I sort the search on this field, even though it's a numeric formula, the sort is lexigraphic, so that 10,000 comes before 4750, which comes before 775, which comes before 90, 900 and 9000.
I have an open case on this, #602199.
