Access emails on customer level from Opportunity
Hi All,
In order to follow-up efficiently all open sales, we've created a search that show us:
- all open opportunities
- all open estimates
- all open sales orders.
Now we want to track the last activity (mostly emails) date on each line.
Problem is that not all activities/emails are entered on Opportunity level, but often (mostly) on the prospect/customer level.
So, what I want to create in this search is 1 column using a Formula that shows the last email date of the customer related to this opportunity.
Without knowing too much about Formulas, I guess it would be something like:
