Saved Search Email via Dynamic Group

I don't know if this is a bug or I am missing something.

I have created an employee dynamic group with some employees in.

I have created a saved search whos results I want to be emailed daily to the employees in the dynamic group.  problem is it doesn't seem netsuite allows you to assign dynamic groups as an email reciptiant, I can create static groups and assign them but not dynamic.  I wonder is this some code that has been overlooked that won't let you assign a group with a size not greater than 0?  Obviously dynamic group sizes are all listed as n/a.
