Saved Search - aging in hours as criteria

Help! Help!!

I am trying to set up a Saved Search to show new support cases that are high priority (custom field) but not actioned in the last 4 hours (i.e. Current time - Last message time  > 4).  Can anyone help me with the formula?  I am able to show the aging in hours as a Result column (using the "Age in Hours" function) but unable to use it as a criteria.   Any ideas??
