Saved Search for Customer Dashboard - Restrict to Current Customer
Hi there! I'm working on improving the Netsuite workflow for our Sales team, and one of the things I'm looking at is customizing the customer dashboard so that all the necessary/critical information is shown in one place, no extra mouse clicks.
I have no idea if this is possible, but I had hoped to create a saved search that would display the campaigns associated with the customer, but in a way that would ALSO show the contact who received the campaign.
Ideally, it would show multiple line items containing the campaign name, event, contact name, response, date, etc.
The trouble I'm having is figuring out how, if at all, I can restrict my search to the
