Category within category search
I have two categories that I want to have a relationship when I use a query.  Both lists are custom tables so i can have more than the limited fields found on the lists.  Here's an example:
CATEGORY1 lists about 12 items.  Each of those categories may have 1-M subcategories.
CATEGORY2 holds the subcategories for CATEGORY1.  
I want to select an item from category1, then see ONLY the categories related to that field in category 2.
Here is a fresh example:
a customer has a service that falls into HOUSING/SHELTER.  I click that item in the first list.
The second list then only shows me the items related to HOUSING/SHELTER.
