Using 'My Teams' in Search Criteria
Hello All:
I'm creating a handful of Saved Searches (Cases) for our Product team.
Our Product team would like to view all our cases at once. I've created a group called 'Product team' that includes 5 members. Our team is likely to expand and we don't want to edit all the saved searches - we simply want to add the member to the group (easy enough) and then the criteria will automatically update.
Problem: The 'Product Team' acts an individual in the Criteria instead of encompassing all individuals within it.
Results: Basically output nothing b/c we don't assign a case to the product team, but individuals within in.
