Restriction on Transaction searches

Hi,
I want to restrict all roles to be able to view only a specific search when it comes to Expense Reports. However, for other transactions, they are no restrictions. 

In the Roles area, I noticed we cannot specify the type of transaction to restrict searches.  Has anyone got a workaround?
