Problem with Highlight IF (Summary) on Inventory Transfer Transaction Search

NetSuite is returning an unclear error msg when I attempt to SAVE or Save and Run a Transaction Search on Inventory Transfer records.

The error msg is:

Notice
A search has already been saved with that name. Please use a different name.



I cannot make any sense out of this error msg. I have tried "Save", Save As", and "Save & Run" after changing the Search Name, but all result in the same error.

NS apparently does NOT like my criteria for the Highlight IF (Summary), but I don't understand why. I have tried two different formulas, but both give the same error. They are:
