Saved Search w/email report

I am trying to set up a saved search that will return a consolidated report of all sales order that need to be billed.  I need the search to send out the email daily at approx 3:00 - I can get it to work fine in all aspects - except I can't figure out how to have the search happen at a specific time each day? Does anyone have anysuggestions?
