Hi All,

I remember reading some time ago about a user who had integrated their phone system with Netsuite allowing for a screen pop on incoming calls by passing the caller ID as a URL parameter to a global search in a new browser window.

I'm looking to do a similar thing except I would like to pass an invoice number and have this open in a browser window. Can anyone advise what the appropriate URL would be?
