Email alert notification email - comments field showing (more)

I have a SAVED SEARCH to display the results of new web enquiries.

In the Email that gets sent through, I have the <NLCOMMENTS> tag and currently, it shows whatever the comments that got filled in  and stops halfway with "  ........ (more) "

What is the limit of the "Comment" field that gets displayed in the EMail notification?

I need to display the full comment instead of showing .. (more)
because the email got sent to users without a Netsuite Login thus, obviously, will not be able to click on (more) to get into Netsuite for the full record.
