Hi

I have a custom entity field of 'Expiry Date' that is an inline text field calculated from a 'Date of Certificate' custom entity field. I'd like to set up a way in which the HR person would be emailed or reminded in advance of the upcoming Expiry of the Certificate, say 1 month in advanced and then 2 weeks etc.

Can anyone advise how I would do this? I've read all about Saved Searches etc but am somewhat lost.
