Help with saved search - using transaction fields in customer search
I'm trying to pull up all customers that have been set as CUSTOMER-Closed Won, that have not made an actual purchase with us.
We have a custom transaction field called 'Order Type', and I want to pull up all individual customers that have not made a purchase with an order type of 'Job' (We don't want to count samples, gifts, RMAs, replacements, etc.)
However, it's still pulling customers that have 'Job' orders. Here's my Criteria:
Is Individual: is true
Status: is Customer-Closed Won
Transaction: Order Type (custom): is not Job
This is pulling in anyone that has any transaction that isn't a Job, but I need to exclude people that have had a Job order. What am I missing?
