Question for System Note search

Hi Brothers,

I want create a search, and i want show the date for update a field to a specific value, the date i need get from system note.

i need show all customer even the customer not with this specific value.
for exp: our working flow is all new customer's status is 'lead', when we finished some setup, the status will change to customer, i need show all customer and if the customer's status 'customer', then i need show when user changed the date.

my English is not very well, please let me know if any thing not clearly.
