Customized Message in Saved Search Alert, Can I have script?
In my Customized Email, set up within a Saved Search, I am including fields from the records.
Some fields like Email Address are not entered into the record. I am wondering if it is possible to set up something like
If email not entered, display message " You have not entered an email address" otherwise, display Email: {custrecord_wi_reg_to.email} in a Customized Email Message.
Currently, using {custrecord_wi_reg_to.email}, it shows up as
Email: < Blank>
Below is sample of what I currently have in the Customized MEssage
