Help with calculating a percentage via a formula
Hello
I am trying to create a formula that provides a percentage based on the calculation of two other fields. I am using the opportunity record as the base for my Saved Search.
Row 1:
Formula (Numeric) Sum case when INSTR({entitystatus}, 'Won') > 0 then 1 else 0 end
Row 2:
Internal ID Count
Row 3:
Formula (Percent) Sum count(case when INSTR({entitystatus}, 'Won') > 0 then 1 else 0 end) / count({internalid})
Row 1: has a calculated value of 7 which is correct
Row 2: has a calculated value of 12 which is correct
What I would like is for row 3 to have is a calculated value of .58333 (7/12)
Where have I gone wrong? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
