Pulling information off System Notes

I’m trying to create a saved search that pulls information off Project System Notes.  We have Statuses “5 – Proof To Sales ” & “6 – Approved”, with each status change, employees are required to Save the Project so it is time stamped with a date & a time in the System Notes.

What we want to do is pull the amount of Days/Time it took to move the project from “5 – Proof To Sales ” to“6 – Approved.

Problem is, I’m not sure how to create a Formula (Date/Time) equation that would give me the results I’m looking for.
