Trying to show customers with committed items on Purchase Order

I apologize if this has been answered before, I searched but couldn't find anything.

My goal is to show a sublist on POs that contains all customers/open orders that are due the items that are on the PO.

I have created a saved search:

Search Type:
Transaction

Criteria:
Status is any of Sales Order:Partially Fulfilled, Sales Order:Pending Billing/Partially Fulfilled

Item : Committed is greater than 0

Available Filters:
Item

I have enabled it as a sublist view on purchases, but the sublist keeps loading empty.. What am I missing?
