Saved Search CASE WHEN Formula on Result tab
Hi,
I have a saved search where I want to display the initial selection and the current selection of a custom field. Basically, I what I would like to achieve is to have two columns on the saved search that would show what the initial and current selection.
I thought a formula field (text) to search within the system notes of a customer record would provide the value. I tried the formula listed below but the results all show up as '-', which is not the true value.
