Support Cases List View - Phone #
Why can I not add the Phone Number field to a list view of support cases? It is not in the Results tab dropdown lists. I tried adding a Formula (Text) field with {phone} in the formula column and it still does not work. That is a standard Netsuite field yet I cannot even add it to a Saved Search of Support Cases?
I don't want to bring in the Customer nor the Contact phone number because the call back number could be something completely different.
Come on, make all the dang fields accessible in the UI!!!
