Emailing multiple lines from one transaction on a Saved Search

Is there a way to receive an alert and display multiple lines in the email?

We have a search for Inv Adj that are over a certain amount, yet the email only contains the first line and no additional lines in the alert.

Is there any way (other than a script) to get multiple lines on the email alerts?
