Saved Search/KPI Help - All Returns w/o a Specific Phone Call
Oh this one is just beating me up and I know I'm missing something.
I have a need to create a saved search KPI that shows me the the number of return authorization transactions that do NOT have a phone call with a specific subject attached to them. The subject field is actually a custom drop down that's required on phone calls, so every phone call will have one, but of course, not every return will have a phone call, and most will have multiple phone calls.
The best I've been able to get is using this to return a 1 or 0 for each activity for each return 1 if the activity is something other than my required phone call, or 1 if there's a null (for returns without an activity).
0
