Saved Search Alert Not Working

Hello everyone,
I have a saved search alert that is supposed to send an email when:

Contract Expiration Date is 90 days from today
Stage is Customer
Auto-Renewal (Custom field) is checked

It seems the email is sent and ignores the last criteria (Auto-Renewal is checked). It just sends an email for every contract that is expiring in 90 days. Should I add an expression in there?

Any help is much appreciated.
