Filtering Items by Customer
Hi all,
On certain item records we have a related customer, this is a list field that allows any customer to be selected.
When a customer logs in to the customer centre, we want that customer to only be able to enter their associated items onto a sales order.
We have a custom transaction form with a saved search applied as an item filter, however this returns no results.
The formula I am using is:
Formula (Numeric) = 1 CASE WHEN {custitem_customer} = {user.internalid} THEN 1 ELSE 0 END
If I remove this saved search then the customer is able to enter sales order using all the Items present in NS.
